Overview
The pro5HP (High Performance) is built for athletes and the coaches who train them. There's no column, so you and your trainer can work all the way around the platform, and you can set it inside a squat rack for loaded lifts. At CalmaMovement, it's the plate we point to for sports performance facilities, strength coaches and serious home gyms.
Static holds, dynamic movement, plyometrics or a cool-down at the end of a session: the pro5HP handles all of it, with settings changed instantly from the remote so the workout never stops.

- Columnless, 360-degree access: move freely around the platform, or pair it with a squat rack and other equipment.
- 500 lb capacity: built for heavier athletes and loaded training.
- Full frequency range: 25–50Hz in 1Hz steps, with low or high amplitude.
- Remote control plus base console: athletes or trainers adjust settings without interrupting the set.
- Flexible timing: 30 or 60-second presets, or continuous runs up to 9 minutes.
- DualSync™ Twin Motor System with an advanced stabilization and compensation system for balanced, consistent vibration.

Delivery: shipping is included. The pro5HP ships by freight, unassembled. Residential deliveries include liftgate service; commercial deliveries assume a loading dock unless you tell us otherwise. Ask CalmaMovement about inside delivery and installation.
Warranty: 3 years hardware, 1 year electronics, 1 year labor. As an authorized Power Plate dealer, CalmaMovement handles any warranty questions with Power Plate on your behalf.
