Our Price Match Policy
At CalmaMovement, we're dedicated to providing competitive pricing on all our products. If you discover a lower price on an identical item from another online retailer, we'll match it—and for purchases exceeding $2,000, we'll go even further by beating that price by $50. Simply provide us with verification of the lower price (such as a screenshot, link, or invoice).
How Our Price Match Works
Within 30 days of your purchase date, if you find the same product available for less elsewhere, or even on our own website, contact us and we'll refund the difference. To submit a price match request, email us with:
- Your order number
- Your name and contact information
- A link or screenshot showing the identical product and its lower price
Price Match Requirements
- Order first: The item must be purchased from CalmaMovement.com before submitting a price match request.
- Product availability: The item must currently be in stock on the competitor's website at the time of your request.
- Eligible retailers: The competitor must be an authorized online retailer of the product. Physical store locations, auction sites (such as eBay), and discount marketplaces (like Amazon, Overstock) do not qualify.
- What's included: Our price match covers the product price and shipping fees, but excludes sales tax.
- Excluded offers: Promotional deals including rebates, bundle offers (e.g., "Buy One, Get One"), and special sale events (such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday) are not eligible for price matching.
- Final determination: In certain circumstances where cost considerations apply, CalmaMovement reserves the right to make the final decision regarding price match approval.
