Refund policy

At CalmaMovement, operated by Calma Stores LLC, we are committed to offering transparent and fair return policies. You can cancel your order within 24 hours at no cost (except for custom orders, please see below).
This Return and refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the CalmaMovement website, operated by Calma Stores LLC, located at www.calmamovement.com ("Website").
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges on standard, non-custom products within 30 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (see Custom-Order Policy below).
Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for the best chance of a full refund. To request a cancellation, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to cancel
- Your contact information
Custom-Order Cancellations
Since many of our products are custom-manufactured to order, these items cannot be canceled or refunded once placed as they are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are built to your specifications and begin manufacturing as soon as the order is submitted. Your warranty guarantees a fully functional and operational product.
If you are uncertain whether your item is considered custom, please check the product page and contact us before placing your order.
All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.
Returns & Exchanges for Standard Products
Product exchanges are available for standard, non-custom items that remain unused and unopened. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping expenses.
Processing fees will be deducted from refunds based on payment method:
Standard credit/debit cards: 2.9% + $0.30
Financing/payment plan services: 5.99% + $0.30
Standard products qualify for return within 30 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order products do not qualify for return after shipment. Since we source directly from manufacturers, we must adhere to their individual return guidelines.
Return Costs
Due to rising freight expenses, all standard returns include:
- 25% restocking charge
- Return shipping expenses
If you're exchanging for a different product, we may reduce some fees depending on the specific item.
Return Timeframe
Customers have 30 days from delivery date to begin the return process for standard, non-custom products.
Refund Processing
Refunds are generally completed within 7 business days after we receive and examine the returned merchandise.
Shipping Estimates
We work diligently to deliver orders promptly. Shipping timeframes are shown on product pages, but delays may occur due to:
- Supply chain disruptions
- Manufacturer inventory issues
- Shipping carrier delays
These factors are beyond our control, and while we know delays are inconvenient, we appreciate your understanding.
Customer Agreement (Please Review)
By purchasing from CalmaMovement, operated by Calma Stores LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these return and exchange conditions:
- I will examine my shipment immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage to Calma Stores LLC within 24 hours, including photographic evidence
- I understand I'm responsible for return and replacement shipping costs, unless the product is defective
- Returned merchandise must remain unopened and unused
- If my order has gone into production or been shipped, I understand a complete refund may not be available
- Standard returns include return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking charge
- Custom and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned
- I acknowledge shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees
- I will not initiate a chargeback for delays beyond Calma Stores LLC control
Damage Claims
You must examine your delivery for damage or defects and notify us via email within 48 hours of receipt.
If reported within 48 hours:
Email support@calmamovement.com including:
- Photos showing the damage
- Images of packaging and shipping container
- Product SKU label
- Detailed description of the issue
We'll provide one of these solutions:
- Complimentary replacement parts
- Discount to retain the item
- Complete replacement or refund
Important Requirements:
- Don't use the product before we resolve the issue
- You have 3 business days to accept or decline our proposed solution
- Retain all original packaging for potential inspection
If not reported within 48 hours:
- No refunds, replacements, or discounts available
- Replacement parts may be purchased separately
Note: Some products may contain minor manufacturing residue. Calma Stores LLC, is not responsible for cleaning or cosmetic touch-ups.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty terms differ by brand. Review the product page for specific details.
Note: Warranty claims address functional problems—not shipping damage. Shipping issues must be reported within 5 days.
Return Responsibilities
By default, customers handle:
- Return shipping expenses
- Freight redirection or reconsignment fees due to incorrect address information
However, many products include warranty coverage that ensures full functionality. See individual product listings for complete details.

If you experience any issues with your order, contact us directly—we're committed to helping you.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in legal proceedings. We take theft seriously and are dedicated to resolving issues fairly.
