Personal Power Plate® Compact Vibration Plate

Overview

The Personal Power Plate is the smallest and lightest plate in the Power Plate range, and it's the one CalmaMovement customers choose when space is tight or they want something they can pack in the car. At around 40 lb, it tucks under a bed or into a closet between sessions.

It's deliberately simple: one proven frequency, two intensity levels, and short timed sets. Step on for a quick pre-workout warm-up, add it under your feet during squats or calf raises, or use it for a short wind-down at the end of the day.

Personal vs MOVE: Which Is Right for You?

Choose the Personal if space is tight or you want a plate you can carry. It weighs 40 lb, stores under a bed, and keeps things simple with one 35Hz frequency at low or high intensity and 30 or 60-second sets.

Choose the MOVE if you'll train on it most days. It has six intensity settings (30, 35 and 40Hz, low or high), runs continuously for up to nine minutes, supports up to 300 lb, comes in four finishes, and carries a longer 3-year hardware warranty.
