The Artistry® Reformer is the most classical machine Peak Pilates® makes. A solid wood frame, handcrafted in beechwood or walnut, built around a redesigned steel carriage that carries every upgrade the classical repertoire asks for. This version arrives with the traditional rope and riser package and the Standard Long/Short Box included.

Sleek posts without metal brackets keep the working space open and the rope path clear. The four-position contoured footbar locks securely without breaking your flow, and the retractable risers fold away when you want to convert. Choose beechwood for its longevity and lower environmental impact, or walnut for a deeper, warmer finish.

Warranty & Returns

Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. (Peak Pilates)

Limited Studio Line Warranty

Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that our equipment will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover labor charges associated with replacing covered components. Part(s) repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty period only. This warranty becomes effective upon the invoice date of the original purchase from an authorized Peak Pilates® dealer only. Peak Pilates® retains the right to either repair, replace or refund the price of any defective components under this warranty.

Warranty Coverage by Product

Lifetime Warranty on Frame Structural Components — Reformers, Total Workout System®, Cadillacs

10-Year Warranty on Frame Structural Components — Barrels, Chairs, Wall Systems, Ped-O-Pul

90-Day Warranty — Upholstered parts, ropes, straps, loops

Limitations and Exclusions

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, imperfections that are within design specifications or that do not materially alter functionality, or damage due to acts of God, accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, lack of normal maintenance, abnormal service or handling that differs from that specified for this equipment, improper installation or improper operation. In addition, alteration or modification of the product.

Return Policy

Peak Pilates® does not accept returns for large equipment including: PPS Deluxe, MVe® Chairs, Cadillacs, Reformers, Artistry® TWS, Sports Med, Wall Units, Mats, Hi-Ladder Barrels, Hump Barrels, Low and Combo Chairs or any custom built-to-order items. Spring returns are also not accepted.

Product returns that are received either damaged or otherwise not able to be sold as new will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Missing items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to verify the contents of your order within that time frame and notify us of any discrepancies. For a listing of included parts, please refer to the assembly manual packed with your equipment.

Shipping Information

Delivery of Large Freight Equipment and Unloading

The delivery company is instructed to call the designated contact person to schedule the final delivery day. Most deliveries normally occur within 24-48 hours after contact and require you or your representative to be available to accept delivery. Depending on which type of delivery you have selected with your salesperson you can expect the following services:

Curbside Delivery:

Orders placed with curbside delivery are processed within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification, and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. This delivery option includes a skilled delivery team to unload the item(s) from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

Please note the following:

Our delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and an appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. Deliveries are made between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Delivery requests outside of standard time frames listed above may incur additional charges and are the responsibility of the consignee. For beyond point deliveries, schedules may be limited to certain days and times.

Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us immediately for further assistance.

Curbside Delivery does not include set up or assembly. Please contact our Customer Service Department for referrals on this service.
