THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH REPLACING COVERED COMPONENTS. PART(S) REPAIRED OR REPLACED UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY WILL BE WARRANTIED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD ONLY. THIS WARRANTY BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON THE INVOICE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED PEAK PILATES^® DEALER ONLY. PEAK PILATES RETAINS THE RIGHT TO EITHER REPAIR, REPLACE OR REFUND THE PRICE OF ANY DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

THIS PRODUCT CARRIES A FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON THE FRAME STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS, RAILS AND TOWER EXTRUSIONS, EFFECTIVE AS OF THE INVOICE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. ALL OTHER COMPONENTS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE UPHOLSTERY, ROPES AND STRAPS, ARE COVERED BY A TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY EFFECTIVE AS OF THE INVOICE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IF A FAILURE DUE TO WORKMANSHIP AND/OR MATERIALS OCCURS, WE WILL, AT OUR DISCRETION, REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS. UPHOLSTERY, ROPES AND STRAPS ARE WARRANTED AGAINST DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND/OR MATERIALS FOR 60 DAYS EFFECTIVE AS OF THE INVOICE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THIS WARRANTY REFERS TO THE PEAK PILATESYSTEM REFORMER AND DELUXE MODELS AND COVERS MATERIAL ONLY.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, COSMETIC DAMAGE, IMPERFECTIONS THAT ARE WITHIN DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS OR THAT DO NOT MATERIALLY ALTER FUNCTIONALITY, OR DAMAGE DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, LACK OF NORMAL MAINTENANCE, ABNORMAL SERVICE OR HANDLING THAT DIFFERS FROM THAT SPECIFIED FOR THE PPS LINE OF EQUIPMENT, IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR IMPROPER OPERATION. IN ADDITION, ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT.

TO ORDER REPLACEMENT PART(S), THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER MAY CONTACT MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. PRODUCT SUPPORT AT 800.847.7746. PROOF OF PURCHASE MAY BE NEEDED IN ORDER FOR MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. TO VERIFY WARRANTY COVERAGE AND ISSUE A RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. PARTS BEING RETURNED TO MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. FOR WARRANTY CREDIT MUST BE SHIPPED PREPAID, ACCOMPANIED BY A PACKING LIST OR TAG BEARING THE RMA NUMBER AND THE CUSTOMER NAME. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR PARTS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. TO NOTIFY MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. OF DAMAGES THAT OCCURRED DURING SHIPPING YOU MUST DO SO WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.

MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVIEW DEFECTIVE PART(S). ALL COSTS OF SHIPPING DEFECTIVE PART(S) TO AND FROM MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. FOR INSPECTION SHALL BE BORNE SOLEY BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. ANY REPAIR OR MODIFICATION OF DEFECTIVE PART(S) BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. TECHICAL REPRESENTATIVE OR AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. IF MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. DETERMINES, IN ITS SOLE DESCRETION, THAT IT IS IMPRACTICAL TO SHIP DEFECTIVE PARTS BACK TO MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC., MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. MAY DESIGNATE, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, A REPAIR FACILITY TO INSPECT AND ESTIMATE THE COST TO REPAIR SUCH DEFECTIVE PART(S). THE COST, IF ANY, OF SHIPPING DEFECTIVE PART(S) TO AND FROM SUCH REPAIR FACILITY AND OF SUCH ESTIMATE SHALL BE BORNE SOLY BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. DEFECTIVE PART(S) MUST REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION UNTIL THE CLAIM IS FINALIZED. WHENEVER CLAIMS ARE SETTLED, MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BE SUBROGATED UNDER ANY EXISTING INSURANCE POLICES THE CLAIMANT MAY HAVE.

CORRECTION OF DEFECTS, IN THE MANNER AND FOR THE PERIOD OF TIME DESCRIBED ABOVE, SHALL CONSTITUTE COMPLETE FULFILLMENT OF ALL LIABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. Shipping Information

Delivery of Large Freight Equipment and Unloading

The delivery company is instructed to call the designated contact person to schedule the final delivery day. Most deliveries normally occur within 24-48 hours after contact and require you or your representative to be available to accept delivery. Depending on which type of delivery you have selected with your salesperson you can expect the following services:

Curbside Delivery:

Orders placed with curbside delivery are processed within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification, and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. This delivery option includes a skilled delivery team to unload the item(s) from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

Please note the following:

• Our delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and an appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. Deliveries are made between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
• Delivery requests outside of standard time frames listed above may incur additional charges and are the responsibility of the consignee. For beyond point deliveries, schedules may be limited to certain days and times.
• Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us immediately for further assistance.
• Signer must be 18 years of age or older.
• Curbside Delivery does not include set up or assembly. Please contact our Customer Service Department for referrals on this service.
• Additional charges will apply to missed appointments.
• Additional charges may apply to beyond points and rural areas.
