Dreampod Ice Bath FLEX Inflatable Cold Plunge Tub

Overview

The Ice Bath FLEX is Dreampod's portable cold plunge tub, without a chiller. The tub is an inflatable, reinforced design built with the same drop-stitch technology used in modern stand-up paddle boards: once inflated, the walls are rigid and the air layer inside them helps hold the water temperature. You fill it with cold water and ice. At CalmaMovement, it's the entry point for anyone who wants a cold plunge at home without the cost of a chiller. If you'd like to control the temperature automatically, see the Ice Bath FLEX with Chiller.

• Inflatable reinforced tub: rigid once inflated, with insulating air walls.

Will It Fit My Space?

Cold plunges are compact, but they still need the right spot. Here's what to check before you order.

• The Ice Bath FLEX: approx. 55.1 x 33.5 x 24.4 in (1400 x 850 x 620 mm), with an interior length of about 49.8 in.
• Portable: it's an inflatable tub with no chiller, so it's easy to move and store. You fill it with cold water and ice.
• Where it goes: suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Choose a level, solid base.
• Getting it in: measure the doorways, hallways and turns on the route. Delivery is curbside, so plan for helpers to move it into place.

We'll check it for you. Send us your measurements and, if you can, a floor plan or a few photos of the space and the route in. Call or text (302) 440-2625 or email support@calmamovement.com, and we'll review the position and access with you before you order.
